The Grinch Christmas Cake

Not your traditional Christmas Fruit Cake with marzipan and icing I'm afraid, but a White Chocolate and Peppermint sponge. Inspired by a blog post on Mr Baker website where the Grinch was made out of coloured chocolate I knew I had some green icing left over from my last cake, so as it's Christmas I thought compelled to make him.
